The Icarus Protocol provides digital marketing infrastructure, including but not limited to Meta advertising campaign management, AI-powered creative generation, lead automation via n8n, and SMS outreach systems. All services are delivered on a project or retainer basis as agreed in writing.
All creative assets, copy, and system configurations developed specifically for your engagement are yours upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and tooling remain our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Icarus Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads, appointments, or revenue). Ad performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, and market conditions.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
